Kid Cudi woke up on Wednesday (Sept. 14) with a lot on his mind. The Cleveland rager took to Twitter, appearing to be frustrated with the industry and certain relationships. “I need yall to know I got so many haters within the industry and these clowns know Im bout to crush their entire existance. Everyone thinks they’re soooo great. Talkin top 5 and be having 30 people write songs for them,” said an angry Cudi.

All my youngins out here reppin, Asap Rocky and the whole ASAP family, Travis Scott, SuperDuper Kyle, Audio Push, Hit Boy, etc, I see yall,” the 32-year-old said moments later praising some of his younger peers. “My tweets apply to who they apply. Ye, Drake, whoever. These ni**as dont give a fuck about me. And they aint fuckin with me. Ni**as keep you close when they see how powerful you are by yourself. When they see your greatness. Out of fear,” Cudi continued, throwing light shots to both Kanye West and Drake.

There’s no details to where all of this stems from, but former OVO artist ILOVEMAKONNEN also chimed saying “Yes kid cudi! Thank u!” before deleting the tweet. Kid Cudi’s new album, Passion, Pain & Demon Slayin’, is expected to arrive later this month.

Continue after the jump….

UPDATE: This isn’t the first time this year Cudi has lashed out at his peers. He said this in an interview with Billboard back in April:

Andre 3000 recently said he loved [the new album].

I’ve known Andre for a while now, and I’ve had the honor of just being able to hang back with him and talk music. I respect him so much. Nobody supports me. The newer guys like A$AP Rocky and Travi$ Scott show love. But none of the people in my bracket open their mouth about Kid Cudi. I don’t know why and I don’t give a f—. It’s kind of disheartening sometimes.
