Power 106 L.A. celebrated the holidays with their annual Cali Christmas concert at The Forum in Inglewood, CA, on Friday night. Headlined by Chris Brown (and guest Tyga), the night featured performances by Wiz Khalifa, Ty Dolla $ign, Macklemore and Ryan Lewis, Travi$ Scott, Logic, Def Loaf (and guest Lil’ Durk), G-Eazy, Post Malone, and Skeme. Touching the stage as a “special guest performer,” Pharrell Williams gave the sold-out crowd the most memorable moment of this year’s event.

After closing his set with the smash-hit “Happy,” Pharrell delivered a heartfelt speech, touching on social issues across the world such as police brutality. The moment turned out to be a perfect setup for the hit-maker’s surprise guest, as hometown hero Kendrick Lamar joined Skateboard P on stage to perform their uplifting collaboration “Alright” for the first-time together.
