i am on of the djs that play at this ghetto place called ‘viaduto de madureira’ every satuday, and yeah it is in the hood surround by favelas, but we are not crazy to make this show without security, we do this for 18 years in a row… by the way, in the same night was a great show from the rapper Rah Digga that makes me pround of the culture that i live, she came, did her show, recieved her money and period. but kelis was scared for nothing… none dj plays kelis songs no more over here, she desrespected my city and her brazilian fans. ‘kelis, brazil hates u so much right now’.

Well, Suzanne’s story seems to make the most sense. There has to be a reason she decided to leave without doing the shows after traveling all the way to Brazil. If that’s what happened to her that’s beyond crazy and she should have left and not given shit back.

BELIEVE ME… i have very reliable sources in brazil
as i go back and forth working with different brazilain groups from several different walks in like ( afroreggae is one of them the younger siblings from the people that died in the city of god ) for example

… she fucked up …baaaaaaaaad.. the event is one of the only official free concerts for black people in brazil …….
which is not being reported…
she demanded tickets for her peoples .. they provided that , she missed her flight… and messed up by not getting a visa.. they cancelled those shows and moved them a week later .. she was supposed to come with a team of people to do all the neccessary groundwork before performing .. she didnt…….
she asked for money and a deposit .. thay paid her she then recieved the rest 30.000 in the hotel and then went on to go and perform and turned back .. and RAN FOR THE AIRPORT!!!!!
NO DISCUSSIONS .. NO MEETINGS …. NOTHING….
SHE JUST MADE BLACK FOLKS FROM OUT OF TOWN LOOK BAD IN BRAZIL.. ITS A BIG THING HERE…
I WOULD ADVISE HER TO GIVE THE MONEY BACK AND APOLOGISE…
SHE DIDNT TAKE THE MONEY FROM LAME GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS..
SHE TOOK IT FROM VERY SERIOUS FAVELA TYPE DUDES.. THEY ARE FUMING!!!

Nas is her husband, not boyfriend first off which you know. Second off, you make the same mistakes TMZ mistakes. If you want to know the juicy truth of what really happen then you should ask. Kelis was paid a deposit and when she got there, they were not paying her the other 75% of her fee ad were demanding that she take the stage at 4:30am at a venue they built under a freeway overpass. (they changed the venue day of the show). 25 men showed up to her hotel to strong arm her. They banged on her hotel room door. She was suppose to go on at 1am, and she agreed to even without the other 75%, but when 3 1/2 hours went by and and they had already breech the contract and were intimidating her, the show was off at that point. Not sure who gave you the 20K figure, but that is false as well. I know all this because I am friends with the real promoter of the show in Brazil, the guy on the contract, not all the guys in the videos, and he wrote her manager an apology letter for everything saying her fucked everything up….and yes, i have a copy of the e-mail. Kelis feels terrible about leaving the fans hanging the promoter told me, but she cannot perform after being threatened.
