Always simultaneously interesting and awkward : ) He’s filterless like 50 but in a totally different way.
“Don’t hit me with the stumpers…I’m just completely an ignorant big artist. I’m just so not down.” lol.
Also, Sean from the LupEnd Blog posted some videos of his performance in New Zealand, watch them here.

That one stray nap is a little distracting.
I have that same problem when my hair gets too long. It’s like an afro-cowlick.

Coldplay is starbucks music but and that’s not a bad thing. I don’t know why some people act like writing a song or an album that apeals to a wide audiance is a bad thing, I thought that was the fucking point.

because its bland. You cant front like you’re a cutting edge artist when you name drop bland ass shit as influences. Then, you try to shit on music listeners for not ‘getting’ your cutting edge music. GTFOH!

You’ve got to admit though, Kanye and Jay or whoever – or while we’re at it Weezy is a prime example. They get turned on to new things as they progress (sometimes “White” things if you will, in this case rock music.) And because of that they identify strongly with, or are seriously enamored by, the first thing that represented that to them. Coldplay, Bono, Genesis, Kid Rock or whoever. And not realizing that these aren’t the be all end all of the genre. Sometimes it’s even pretty corny. But they think they’re on some next level shit. A Hov and Bono song would be painful, as would a Kid Rock and Wayne. Kanye’s Chi song with Coldplay grew on me though. Kanye’s the man, I just hope he doesn’t get too too out of touch on some Jacko shit, that would be sad.

you gotta go and listen to coldplay’s first 2 albums….everything after that is when they had to start making music that had a “coldplay sound”. i can listen to A Rush of Blood to the Head straight through. The scientist is the sh*t.

dose it really matter what an artist listens to in their personal life. I personaly hate all the acts that kanye named but i love like 99% of his music (’bitter, sweat’ is the 1%)

I love Kanye, but he just seems so awkward sometimes. I think that has a lot to do with him being borderline genius/crazy.

i didnt say Portishead,Radiohead are bland.
Nevertheless. The whole undertone of white people music = next level shit and black people music = primative jiggaboo shit needs to stop. s’all im sayin.
