Kanye West called into Big Boy’s Neighborhood on Real 92.3 this morning to talk about his upcoming album (which is exactly a week away), recently resolved beef with Wiz Khalifa and competition with Drake for swimming pool supremacy, among other things. On his new album:
We don’t have a name yet.
This is a gospel album with a lot of cursing on it.
On Wiz Khalifa:
My brother Malik Yusef got us on the phone. He’s very close to Wiz, he’s also very close to me. We chopped it up, squashed it. For people who felt a way about the kids comment, I ain’t mean it in a harmful way. I just saw my wife’s initials and reacted, because that’s my family. It was great to have closure, it was great to just talk and build.
On that photo of Kim and Amber:

On working with Kendrick Lamar on “No More Parties On LA”:

On Drake’s “Summer Sixteen” swimming pool line:
I have three pools.
