I do believe you had to pay to get into this dinner. And I think it was pretty expensive because it was an opening and charity dinner each “plate” cost i think something like $400.
So not worth it, even though I am a die hard Kanye fan. BTW anyone notice the older white people dancing on the sides clapping their hands like its an Abba concert.

OK, someone answer me: was this show on the super-duper low-low? On some classified info shit? The Brooklyn Museum is 15 mins from me on the 2 line. Damn yo. Looked fun as hell. Well I’ll be there on Sat regardless for DJ Muro. Really amped for this exhibit.

Hey guys…I’m not sure about the details but I think the tickets were sold to museum “members.” And I heard they were something ridiculous, like there was a dinner for 10,000 per table or something? I was put on a list for the party/performance, but not the dinner.
And here’s the ironic part. I got there late, and walked up in the rain….there were all these people dipped out in LV mink stoles, evening gowns and diamonds….and I walked right in without even talking to the list-gestapo at the door.
lol.
but yes, definitely go check out the exhibit. Parties are cool…but just really a bunch of ppl looking extra and drinking free drinks…the art is what stays.
