listen to anything other than rap- throughout the history of music production, there will ALWAYS be similarities between some songs & certain others, whether it be 6 months or 20 years difference… only because there are limitations of a 4/8 measure & 12 major/minor scales (with the exception of the neptunes & outkast, cause no one makes original beats like those guys).. but this encompasses most of all hip hop music… (note i did say original beatmakers, who use absolutely no samples, which leaves kanye out considering “the coldest winter” is an honest total rip of tears for fears)…

it will eventually always happen that some songs end up with the same key, melody, vocal line, etc… but it’s either circumstance or just playing into what the listener is comfortable & familiar with hearing… take punk rock music for instance, most all of them use a variation of a major key 1-5-6-4 progression… or even the similarities between the intros of pink’s “there you go” & tlc’s song “scrubs”, you don’t see any of them hating on each other…

so that’s my 2 cents… if you’re gonna aim for a similar sound or jock a melody, at least make it your own & take it to another level… t pain killed the hook on the maino song, hands down… that other bamma’s song doesn’t even have a singer on the hook & the production is nowhere near as professional as justin blaze’s…

Personally… both of these songs blow… BUT it was bound to happen because evey down south (young jeezeyesq) song sound the same… people in this industry really need to step outside of the box because I it’s becoming extremely difficult to filter out who is really on the track especially with all this auto-tune shit… BUT as far a production wise… a lot of producers have ghostproducers ie. Kanye/ Jermaine Dupri with NoID, and that DJ Thoomp with that kid he never gave credit to… eh… “The Industry Shady…It Need to be taken over” supamanmusic.com
