A little over 12 hours after news leaked, Jay-Z and Philadelphia Mayor Michael A. Nutter officially announced the debut of the Budweiser “Made In America” Music Festival during a press conference Monday morning at the Philadelphia Museum of Art. The two-day festival will occur on Labor Day Weekend (Sept 1 and 2) at Philadelphia’s Fairmount Park. The event will include 28-acts spanning different genres of music including Hip-Hop, Rock, R&B, Latin, and Dance. Not only will Jay-Z curate the event, but it’s expected he’ll also headline.

Fans can purchase tickets on Wednesday, May 23 at Ticketmaster and Live Nation. As proceeds from the festival will go to the United Way of Greater Philadelphia and Southern New Jersey.

On Friday, Jay-Z’s Life+Times website posted a mysterious video titled “Made In America” that featured his Watch The Throne cut “H.A.M.” with landmark shots of the City of Brotherly Love and excited concert goers.
