You got niggas glorifying how they be in da projects etc. BUT HOMIE the STREETS do not know u for that. Your known for the money you make and the bullshit u dont take. Just cause ur in the projects does not make u hard cause on nigga on da hill can come down and rain on ur whole parade so to speak. This ties in the song because now rappers are proclaiming they are the best but there lyrical content be garbage….. a few metaphors and a singing hook????? Now you got the top record??? No…… how bout you speak on a topic and follow that sae concept through the whole song while having enough creativity and knowledge in your words to still make ur story rhythmic.THATS a true artist. That line goes perfect cause he sayin lets get off this soft shit and get back to speaking to the real niggaz like Jeezy said its a dieng breed. We do not like all this smiling singing and dancing maybe str8 in da club to get females dancing but this shit does not entitle someone a good lyricist. So in closing listen the whole song and its basically lets get back to the real nigga shit. Streets know u for what u do while ur sitting in the projects. They do not not respect u cause ur just there all day. Leave the singing to the singers and lets get back to rap.

That Thursday night party @ Imperials The Big Dawg Pitbulls got every Thursday is MEAN!Peace to all HOT 97 Dj’s The Big Dawg Pitbulls Funmaster Flex (that line @ Stratas is MEAN!), DJ Bobby Trends (I like that Friday @ Promenade), Cipha Sounds, Massive B, Mister Cee(rocked Club Abyss Saturday night), Jazzy Joyce. The Heavy Hitters DJ Enuff (last Thursday tilted Paterson, NJ), DJ Camilo ( put the hands to the roof at Suzie Wongs last Sunday), El Boogs, Kast One ( went in at Summer Jam, Three The Hard Way), Big Ben(be killin late night Saturdays), DJ Absolute.
DJ Envy, DJ Juanito, & Coco Chanel, if I missed anybody my fault…To Jay, we needed this, but I still rock with DJ Webstar, & Ron Browz(no wifin in the club, sorry but I’m overloveing hot chicks at the bar)…

Bottom line its a hot song. Far as is he getting at this one or that one I don’t think it’s that. Its his opinion. Everybody has one. I’ve been tired of auto tune. Its like every other fad in hip hop. People do it for awhile and move on.(ie Flatops, african medallions, and jerseys) That said let’s move on people.

@ #29 – But who has actually went on record to speak against it? I know a lot of ppl behind the scenes voice thier opinions, like Jada, on interviews and such. But what major rap artists has gone on wax and proclaimed death to autotune. I’ll wait………..
None that I can recall. Most of them rode the bandwagon & started using it themselves.
