Jay Z has made much progress since debuting the Made In America festival in 2012. Originally started as a Philly only show, Hov is bringing the star studded event to the West this summer.

According to MTV News, Jay will join Los Angeles Mayor Eric Garcetti and other dignitaries at City Hall in downtown Los Angeles at 12:30 PM to announce the event. The Labor Day weekend event will take place in the streets of L.A. from the Los Angeles Music Center to City Hall.

UPDATE: Made In America will also be held in Philadelphia on the same weekend (August 30-31) and at the same spot, Benjamin Franklin Parkway. The two shows will obviously have different lineups. Tickets are available for pre-sale now on Ticketmaster.
