With the Oscars just hours away, Janelle Monáe provides the soundtrack for the red carpet with a cover of Robert Palmer’s “Simply Irresistible.” The vibrant entertainer adds her personal funky touch to the ’80s-hit, rocking out with a guitar-heavy version which appears on E!’s Live from the Red Carpet 2014 soundtrack.
