Drake’s “Headlines” Video: Toronto, Mob Dinners, Sweaters & Cigars

The first single off Drake’s sophomore album finally gets released to masses in visual form. “Headlines” takes us up north to Toronto, Canada, where Drizzy gives us performance shots at landmark sites such as the Rogers Centre (home of the Toronto Blue Jays) and The Guild. If that isn’t enough, you catch a Mob like dinner with the OVO family as the city’s tagged black and white with OVOXO on an abandoned building. Take Care due on Drake’s birthday of October 24.

You captioned everything i wanted to say in one movie reference. lol drake is a great song writer (especially with relationship/fame concepts)but he’s clearly delusional buying into the motion picture mob soliloquy in his mind.

With Drake being as talented as he really is you just have to think that a lot of his moves are an act.. Just to setup his next move..So if he being too dramatic in a video its because he wants to start picking up some more movie roles to make his transition back to that world a little easier…Most of his videos realliy suck but the auto-tune music shit is dope..
See drake is going to win an Oscar one day or take will smith spot as that rapper super actor dude.. You watch!

I’m sorry but if this is what passes for Hip Hop these days it’s a F’ing wrap yo! I thought he was from Toronto,Ca not the South but with that horrible twang ass flow & beat you coulda fooled me. Dude really was nice with it back when he was just on Degrassi making mixtapes on the side. Totally switched up everything just to get some sales. That’s how I feel. His vibe & attitude was a lot better before his official co-sign reference from Stripe the Gremlin went to his head. Music is suppose to be a representation of self. If you’re not being real you as well as your music cannot exist in my world. Maybe that’s just me, but I live by a different law.

Don’t get why DRAKE IS WITH CASH MONEY. HE IS A DIFFERENT ARTIST. MORE OF A POP ARTIST THAN RAPPER. He is lyrical. And one of the best new acts in a long time. And Drake dont let weezy son you with “im his boss”. Those ur boss realize that you gonna be a bigger star than he is. and you will accomplish this in less time that it took him. But then again the faster you go up the faster you will drop. If i were an artist looking for a feature ill get Drake. For the hook, singing and spitting. plus hes cheaper than weezy, ti etc.
