Personally I don’t think that Mr. Handsome has received enough accolades for his humanitarian efforts. In my opinion a lot of celebrity do-gooders are totally phony and engage in so called good deeds merely for positive publicity. I have to say that I don’t think that George is one of the phonies out there in the world of celbrity do-gooders. I admire what he is doing for the Haitian people. I wish more celebrities were as real as he is when it comes to helping out those less fortunate in the world. So kudos to George and his desire to make this world a better place.

I donate to my local fire department every 3 months because unlike those racist pigs they actually have no bias when they risk their life to serve and protect the public. And Eminem sales are a reflection of the times not his time off and if putting out work gives Young Hov a chance to do anything ITS FAIL because his last 3 albums were terrible!! BUT YOU DONT HEAR ME THOUGH!!

Eminem only sold what he did because he’s no longer relevant he took to many years off hip hop changed alot in that time and when he returned he had nothing new to offer that was any different from his previous work. Well if he didn’t it would have been seen as using 9/11 as a marketing ploy, especially since its a Friday and not a Tuesday. Granted when he put his album out that day in ‘01 he had no clue what it would become, if he just put the album out that day and said it was to commemorate BP, it would still be seen as insensitive.

I disagree, 9/11 is tragic, but it’s not Jay’s job to fundraise. I give him credit for doing it, but it’s definitely not inconsiderate if he pocketed the money from the show.
If that’s the case, it would be great that on 9/11 all businesses fork over a percentage of the days sells to all the families that lost someone that day.
