Hilarity: Beyonce Crazy? Or Crazy Beyonce? Analyzing the “I Am…Yours” special

So one of my favorite blogger-created youtubes ever was a breakdown of the 2007 Beyonce Experience, which I was forced to endure on Thanksgiving night at a family feast. Back then, I said B was so incredibly beautiful and talented, but at the same time…completely absurd. Pure campy showbiz. Which is why the FourFour blog’s montage, “The 10 Most Ridiculous Things about the Beyonce Experience“ was so brilliant. (posted after the jump)
Fast forward to Thanksgiving night 2009, and I’m sitting on the same couch, with the same selection of yummy food, again watching Beyonce, but this time in an edgier ‘fit, and on a smaller stage for her I Am…Yours special. Still over the top, still surreal as ever. Thankfully, FourFour made another genius post and the video above, “The 13 Most Ridiculous Things about I Am…Yours.”

This… is funny… as shit.
I’ve never paid much attention to how melodramatic her performances are, but wow. Comedy.
Definitely talented and definitely a performer in all senses of the word, but LMAOOOOO at some of that shit.

i didnt really find this to funny but rather courney and boring. i mean editing pieces to make it hilarious like she doesnt know what she doing. if thats the case PRINCE, MICHAEL JACKSON, LUTHER VANDROSS, BOBBY BROWN, AEROSMITH, BEASTIE BOYS, LEADERS OF THE NEW SCHOOL, BUSTA RYHMES, JANET JACKSON,KRS 1, EMINEM AND MAD PEEPO ARE JUST AS CRAZY AS BEYONCE.

If I’m not mistaken, this video is old as dirt,and not funny at all. She looks weird with some of those face expression and movements, but Lady GaGa always looks weird and she the hottest thing out right now.

Ctfu @ this post info…I was beginning to get worried, that no one would ever comment on her crazy over the top actions on stage. Yet after all the rotf & ctfu’s you can’t deny that she isn’t a great performance. Some time you keep thinking sit down already mrs. carter you’ve proven your point.you can’t help to think why do we want her to fall back so much, and if she did who’s there to fill that spot? Tired of all the bubble gum music, yet and still beyonces that chick when its all said and done..
