Happy Halloween: Watch This Amazing Zombie Boy Cover-Up Video

Friday’s are made for squeezing every last minute of counter-productivity until you escape for the weekend….and here’s 2:53 seconds of primo procrastination. (Spotted on The Cut)
This guy Rick Genest, is better known as “Zombie Boy”…a legit supermodel who’s appeared in Mugler, McQueen and other runway shows, as well as Lady Gaga’s “Born this Way” video.
But he wasn’t actually born with those incredible full face and body skeleton tattoos…so it’s genius that makeup company Dermablend took him back to his untatted square one to promote the strength of their concealer cream.
It’s also fun to watch Genert scowl his way through the angriest cleansing routine in the history of Pond’s Cold Cream; )
More of Zombie Boy…
after the jump
The idea of man stripped of his skin is totally fascinating to me…”Rico Zombie” is a work of art. And his commitment screams of a type of insanity. He’s so young too, only 25. So much time left…what will 30-40 years of looking like the dead do to your life?

the make up art is phenomenal though;real tim burton like. he really gets into his zombie character as well, but watching him apply it with gusto was pretty hysterical he takes his make-up serious lol

Jesus. I thought all of it was make up art, now i caught the brilliance of it; its him covering it up to show his skeletons, instead of making it up. went over my head; great find info;missed the details on this post. had to re-watch the video I didn’t believe it. All I can say to the skeleton facial tats is WOW.
I don’t judge a book by its cover but a picture is worth a thousand words.life after his modeling is personified through death…..the irony

I’d do him. And the comments on his youtube videos suggest I’m not the only one.

Well he was pretty much homeless BEFORE the tattoos, so they didn’t exactly change his situation… until the tattoos got him noticed by lady gaga and fashion designers. So now he’s a fashion model, has a girlfriend, all his old fines were paid off, holds a Guinness world record, and he started a circus “freakshow” performance troupe… not to mention he has fan websites all over the place. His life seems to have improved significantly since getting the tattoos.
Although I do admit his story should not be a green light to anyone thinking about getting their face tattooed.
