I think Jimmy thought this was more serious than it was, b/c he responded with such vehemence. But Jim, you don’t need to be mad, just take a moment to look at the computer one time…its awesome….

The video’s back up.
You can hear from his tone that he’s irritated/slightly annoyed, because he knows that the video isn’t going to be exactly flattering.
And there’s a slight uncomfortable silence after his rant. lol
I doubt he found that video funny when he watched it LOL!!!!

I listened to this ham and egger talking that shit as I crawled through the midtown tunnel this afternoon and I must admit I found him kind of articulate. Although it would be nice if he could expand his vocabulary (ie: his comments regarding his Complex shoot; it was painfully clear he was searching for a word like “refined” when addressing his image update, but couldn’t quite pull it off.) That’s sad with rappers. He seemed like he’s reasonably self-aware though, and pretty much acknowledged that he dick rides people like Kanye and Hov for exposure. And you know he saw that video and was fronting like he didn’t. Either way, he peaked with “Balling” musically, IMO. Oh, and he needs to stop acting like Kid Cudi is exposure to a fresh market, he knows Dipset was hipster rap du jour in like 2003.

why anybody would still want to interview jim jones is beyond me. As we all know, his last hit single was we fly high, in 2006! And don’t try to tell me pop champagne is one because first of all it doesn’t even come close and second of all it’s a ron brownz record that jimmy stole. it’s clear that nobody that comments these stories about him likes him, ive maybe seen one or two comments out of many stories saying anything positive. this dude is a pure example of why hip-hop aint what it used to be…he has no lyrical ability, he’s putting more emphasis on how he dresses than his actual music, and he comes on these internet videos talking so much…hip-hop seems like its become a talk show with all these dudes talking on youtube and not putting out any good music. Jimmy should go back to being a hype man…for Jay-z this time.
