Confession: when the thuggery and gangstaliciousness of rap gets too thick……I go watch dancing… Chicago dusty steppers, “Planet B-Boy,” “Breakin’,” “‘B2: Electric Boogaloo’,”…uh “Save the Last Dance,”…..oy “Stomp the Yard”…ok, this is just getting ridiculous. Draw the line at Dancing with the Stars, though. Too much man-makeup and nude-colored tights for me.

Anyways, I’ve come to terms with this vice….this O’Neal McKnight song makes me act like an idiot when it comes on in the car. And I’m rooting for Jabbawockees and Kaba Modern on America’s Best Dance Crew. (Although I still haven’t come to terms with Lil Mama tho. Blech.)
