I made a album called Educated Retro back in 2003…

I Was pushing it real hard and i got it in the hands of Common

Now during the creation of Commons latest album “Finding Forever”…i saw a Song called “The Glory”..slatted to be on the album….

This was the intro to my album “Educated Retro”….with the same title ” The Glory”

i read more about the song and it sounded like it was in the same vain as my track

As the release date for commons album approached i saw that the track called ” The Glory” was removed from commons album and placed on Kanye’s upcoming album

I do some engineer work for different artist…..and a Group that has sum slight affiliation with People on kanye’s label told me that kanye has heard there material and past albums..and that he also listens to alot of underground unsigned music

I have yet too hear the actual track from kanye’s album but i Have all my songs copy written and i will mos deffinetly take the legal route in gaining some kind of money for him taking my idea

ofcourse the song incorperates a sample…so you may say great minds think alike…but the simple fact that my album has been in the hands of common who works closely kanye causes me to raise an eyebrow….If the song has the same flow i used and any wordings or peices of my material then you will really hear more about this
