after the internets exploded when South Park lampooned Kanye West last night (you got the play by play from your girl Inf here and on twitter, lol), the world waited with baited breath to see if it would spark an epic tantrum from Mr. West…or a benevolent high-five. Well…it was neither…instead, we got a sort of introspective confession on Ye’s blog.

Seriously I watched that south park episode like 10 times straight last night on like 5 different sites to see if there was gonna be any ADDITIONAL footage.
Gay Fish Song > Love lock down, Robo cop, etc.
Ye’s feelings shouldn’t be hurt tho. Its not like they were calling him gay. I think the whole point of the episode was to show how when u take certain things too seriously and get up on your soapbox to either praise or spurn them, you look ridiculous.

Look somethings we all need a reality check. Even when we hear people say things about us we still say “i don’t care what they think” but when we see how foolish we can act at times it really sets things in prospective. I for one am glad not that he didn’t act crazy and rant and rave on this but that he said he was working on his attitude. I hope that he really does make stides to improve his “personal image” I mean everyone knows he’s got style and is a muscial genius but what good is that if no one wants to be around you but your friends who’s probaly just like you. Lets up hope that he really keeps his word and tries to really chance.

so i’d just like to say, i’m honestly having a hard time believing kanye actually wrote that. not because i know oh so much about who he is…because i don’t. i don’t know a damn thing about him, save for what i’ve heard in the media. i don’t know though, just seems to me that adding that little part at the end about the grammatical errors…which there really weren’t many…is basically saying “this isnt made up..im kanye for real”..when it’s not. i could be totally wrong. i’m not trying to offend. but if it was kanye, i got to say props to you dude. its awesome that you are still growing as a person. if southpark made fun of me i’d be honored haha. and at AK144…sure a lot of rappers are doing the “robocop” thing…but it’s music. music is awesome…no matter if it’s written with a message, or just trying to be catchy and sell a few records. chill a little dude. if he’s really as talented as he seems to be…then he’ll evolve with his music again. after all, he’s evolved into this synthsized shit..he can evolve out of it too.
