KANYE4

The hoopla over first week album sales is always a big topic in hip-hop, but whether true fans of the music and culture really care is another debate. Whatever the case, we will be hearing about this week’s “Super Tuesday” releases from Kanye, J. Cole and of course Mac Miller for some time. There are other quality projects that dropped as well, like Statik Selektah and Kelly Rowland, but people are thirsting to find out what these 3 rappers will sell after 7 days of sale. Billboard has released their projected estimates. I guess the numbers shouldn’t be too much of a surprise. Stay tuned for a finally tally next week.

Albums
Kanye West Yeezus – 360,000-380,000
J. Cole Born Sinner – 270,000 to 290,000
Mac Miller Watching Movies With The Sound Off – 100,000
