Fetty Wap really had a guardian angel looking after him today. While in his hometown of Patterson New Jersey, the “Trap Queen” rapper was involved in a serious motorcycle accident. However, it appears none of his injuries are life threatening.

At press time, a source says Fetty suffered a broken leg and is recovering in the hospital. Stay tuned for updates on this developing story.

TMZ Reports:

11:55 AM PT — A source close to Fetty tells TMZ the rapper is awake and talking at the hospital and appears to be OK … we’re told doctors are running tests for any possible fractures. He was riding alone during the accident. update_grey_gray_barFetty Wap was just involved in a scary motorcycle accident in his hometown of Paterson, New Jersey.

An eye-witness tells TMZ the rapper was on his motorcycle Saturday and tried passing one vehicle, he didn’t see another coming in the opposite direction and they collided.

Paramedics rushed Fetty to a local hospital. It appears he was conscious and sitting up … but his injuries are unclear at this time.
