Around this time, we all start looking for that song that will be all over the radio, the clubs, the festival circuit, the ipod docks in the park, lol….and maybe on that SummerJam stage?
This summer the ring is still up for the snatching, right? Will it be “Theraflu“? Will it be “Goldie“?
Or will it be this fun new single from Asher Roth and Meek Mill, “Party Girl”? These two mc’s have a Pennsylvania connection going and any Eddie Murphy song samples are a win for me….but more importantly, it’s good to just have something without any meanmugging, hoobanging…just fun ; )
New Music: Asher Roth feat. Meek Mill “Party Girl” (Produced by Oren Yoel)
You can buy “Party Girl” on iTunes tomorrow! (4/20)
PS: I heard an alternate version that will be coming out soon with a very special guest. (A guy who has seen more than his share of girls partying hardily)
PPS: The artwork for Asher’s Is This Too Orange album (out this fall, 2012)….Un-freaking-believable. Think the Dos Equis Man meets Clockwork Orange meets sexy Oompa Loompas.
Much love to the Def Jammers: Pecas, Yvette, and Ali Schlueter!
Check out the Eddie Murphy original, “Party All The Time”…
After the jump
