You dudes dont get it. 50 cent has lived the life and has now matured to a top business man. That does not mean he can not cater to a street market anymore. At the end of the day that market still exsist. Any wise business man who sees an untapped market will tap it. The fact is 50 has to stay in his lane. He cant just start talkin grown man shit on tracks that’s jayz lane.

Also metarphorically speaking if he has not lost any of the aggression he had on the streets then why not channel it into the music. As for his business Accumen it speaks for itself. What i like about 50 is this he difines things with specific words. He is also a practical man so he is not going to find 20 deifferent words to describe 1 thing. If’s its a marketing space its a marketing space. If he’s in a good space he is in a good space. I think his words stick out more because they are uniquely defined. Where as others will use the word position repetitively (i.e i am in a good position)he uses the word space.

The you have it not all 50 fans are ignorant. We just appreciate his music cause it’s got testerone which you need in every environment in life not just the streets. I cant say thesame for Jayz and the company he chooses these days.

@formula 50 how does thinking that 50-cents skills or at least his drive to put out work that is on par with his original work make me a hypocrite? You guys really have to look up these words before you use them on here you’re really just embarrassing yourself. And I’m glad that you enjoyed the Massacre that’s you’re opinion and your entitled to it I would bet that most would disagree with you but that’s ok do you hommie. I’m also glad you enjoy 50’s predictability, I myself probably have more refined taste and prefer my artist to evolve with time and show change and growth with there art. If I wanted to here the same thing over and over again I would just listen to the first album. It was my opinion that you buy a new CD or download a new album to here something new but apparently you think otherwise you buy CD’s to here the same stuff over and over again no doubt like I said do you man don’t let anyone out there stop ya.

@druroc I’m sure 50’s rap sheet is well documented all I’m saying is like 98.999% of all rappers it’s exaggerated, its an episode of Law & Order based on true events ripped from the headlines not an exact representation of true events and the actors are simply reenacting the situations LOL. I dunno 50 might have done the things he’s claimed in past songs but definitely not to the extent he claims to have done it, and that goes for all rappers. Anyone believing other wise is simply really naive and not in touch with reality. Everyone claims to be George Jung in Hip-hop but Jung spent the rest of his life in jail and these guys are rapping, which means these criminals turned rappers are either the smartest criminals ever or just really good at making us stories I think it’s the second one. The real question you should be asking yourself druroc is why you feel 50 should be proud of his alleged life style as if it was something to brag about because if that’s the case then you have bigger problems then can actually be addressed on this blog. And being out since 2006 is irrelevant to my original comment so that’s neither here nor there.
