ESPN’s 30 for 30: One Night in Vegas ‘When Tupac met Iron Mike’
Posted by Mikey Fresh under videos[13] Comments
ESPN did another incredible job with their latest episode of 30 for 30, this time dissecting the close relationship between Tupac and Mike Tyson. With comic book style graphics leading the story, we get a in-depth look at the bond Pac and Iron Mike shared leading up to Shakur’s untimely murder.
Props to Jose3030 for the upload!

Sometimes people forget how great Pac really was.. His jumpoff was madonna he was cool with Roarke real people who live real lives not Button and Chris Martin…. thats the difference right there…Pac moms should have let them work on him she fucked up!!! And his dumbass brother should have gotten a pen and a piece of paper so he could write what he was trying to say… if he had the energy to shake the entire fucking bed then surely he could have fuckin wrote GET ME THE FUCK OUTTA HERE on a little pad…. Thats why they call it medical practice those fuckers just practice on you! If he was that clear and his eyes was that wide open he should have pulled through… Someone in that hospital fucked up!! But it dont matter now we stuck with Jazz-O Jr as the realest nigga left!! What a fucking joke!!!
That chick in the flick had a great point, could you imagine the man Pac would have been today if he were here? Biggie would have been so laid back also because he was just that way BUT Pac would have chilled soooo much… He knew his time was coming…so sad…
RIP PAC
RIP BIG

Ima be honest I don’t think you would like the U one Info
but when you watch it you see where the word swagger was born it probably was my favorite for that one reason.
It does have a Hip hop angle of course you cant do Miami without Uncle Luke
The best 30 of 30 (IMO)
With out Bias-(local so I love this one)
No Crossover (Allen Iverson)
The U (Miami hurricanes)
Winning time (Reggie Miller)
Run Ricky Run (Ricky Williams)
The 16th Man
the Band that wouldn’t Die
Straight Outa LA
To me ok to me these are the ones if it comes on i’ll watch again and again, like if Friday or Cooley high or five heartbeats comes on TNT and you just get stuck watching it while getting dressed lls

The Allen Iverson one was the truth & even tho’ Im from NY & HATED Reggie Miller “Winning Time” was good as well. Im glad NY came out on top of most of those series with Indiana. I miss those days…
(I thought the one with Ice Cube would be better than it was)

I just wanted to say that BIG & Pac getting killed the way the did with the goverment watching was and is like mental warfare on people of color for our generation just like Martin & Malcolm and Medgar just a generation before us we all remember where we were or was doing when we heard or saw the god awful news and that sits on the back of your head always even when your not aware of it its there

I’m sure MGM is happy as hell. They were like a 3rd charachter in the story. Archival footage of where the fights, looming over Mike’s shoulder during the interview segments, in his reflection at the final shots (even the animated one amidst all the other non secript buildings). If you all don’t want us saying conspiracy ish, stop giving us reason to. You’re being sold to. Love these guys to death, but they went to jail for rape. Justified or not, it wasn’t for taking dhots at the power structure, it was for having lack of dick control. And finally, all the shots at soldier over the blow biz, the snide comments, Mike Tyson used to freeze his face often. It’s just another day…

I like how Mike tried to pull Pac’s coat like a real OG & tell him to fall back a little when he was getting out of control. Too bad he didn’t have more time with him instead of Suge. Maybe things would of been different.
