Slim Shady invades England. Eminem made history on Friday night, becoming the first rapper ever to headline a show at London’s legendary Wembley Stadium. The Detroit MC followed opening sets from Danny Brown and Odd Future with a 90-minute set at the 90,000 capacity venue, opening the show with “Bad Guy” off his latest multi-platinum The Marshall Mathers LP 2 album.

The 41-year-old ran through past favorites such as “Without Me,” “Real Slim Shady,” and “Stan,” plus more recent songs like “Love the Way You Lie,” “Rap God,” “Berzerk,” and his latest hit-song “The Monster.” Em didn’t come without a surprise, as Dr. Dre joined him on stage for a medley of “Still D.R.E.,” “Next Episode,” “Nuthin’ but a ‘G’ Thang” and “Forgot About Dre.”

Eminem will return for a second show at Wembley Stadium on Saturday night.
