In his third and final segment of the “Fresh Off The Boat: Taiwan” video series, Eddie Huang recruits his dad to send off his tour in Taipei. The Huangs first pay a revisit to Din Tai Fung restaurant, where Eddie has been snacking on their savory soup dumplings since he was 12 years old. He and his camera crew then go behind-the-scenes to show how the tiny baos are artfully and meticulously created. Before rounding off his three-part Taiwanese journey, Eddie makes one last stop to his grandpa’s spiritual resting spot to pay forth his respect and remembrance.

Wow…best webisode yet!!
On a personal note….shit got me a lil teary eyed…I envy dudes with the kind of realtionship he has with his pops and the admiration he has for his Grandfather…I never knew my Grandfather on either side and me & Pops never had the best relationship, so it’s always cool to see..
