Forget Hoodie season; Sweatshirt season’s approaching. After marking his return with “Nowhere2Go” earlier this month, Earl Sweatshirt delivers another lo-fi preview of his new project (we hope) with “The Mint.” The song features Navy Blue, who’s a member of the NYC crew sLUms alongside the likes of MIKE, Jazz Jodi and Sixpress. In fact, anyone who’s familiar with MIKE’s work will probably notice his influence on Earl’s latest material.

UPDATE: Earl Sweatshirt has also announced a new album, Some Rap Songs, dropping Nov. 30 (that’s the artwork above). Pre-orders are available here.
