Drake Returns With “Free Spirit” Featuring Rick Ross (New Music)
Posted by Mr.North under new music[9] Comments
Tonight’s second drop from October’s Very Own pairs Drake up with his new partner-in-crime, Ricky Rozay. Earlier this summer during his Rolling Stone interview in July, it was noted this collabo would appear on Take Care due out October 24. From the body of work we’ve heard from Drake, that sophomore album is shaping up to be major. Enjoy this new release until the final drop comes later today.
I like to be a free spirit. Some don’t like that, but that’s the way I am. – Princess Diana

I think Drakes lane is easy to produce for.. And the fact that their camp has at least 3 completely different sounds which is why they can always strike a cord with some demographic of fans..

Thats the quote used on the OVO website, I think the song is probably based more around the quote than Diana.

that picture makes me laugh. a little rich kid from the burbs, a fat arab and the biggest fraud in music history. i’ll pass. i wish these blogs would stop supporting all this bullshit and bring back the real hip hop shit from the streets.

Hysterical! lol A little excessive with the “streets” concept though I understand your realistic approach. I look at music as purely entertainment. Don’t fall victim to the “keeping it real” illusion; Afterall its a business. Alot of our favorite rappers are figments of their own imagination and the ones that seem credible; hang on to their youth from 20 yrs ago.
Authenticity is important but when referenced out of context its meaningless. I was wondering; do these dudes have more in common than just music.
random: No 9-11 hip hop tribute heard yet a little dissapointed in the hip hop community @large
