Drake takes over 30 Rock! Saturday Night Live starts 2014 off with a bang as the late-night comedy sketch show opens the year with the biggest star in rap music. Serving double-duty as host and musical guest, the Canadian superstar took viewers back to his early acting days with a comedic side by appearing in various monologues throughout the show.
Drizzy took on the roles of Alex Rodriguez (“Piers Morgan Cold Open”), Lil’ Wayne playing Steve Urkel on Family Matters (“Before They Were Stars”), Katt Williams (“Nancy Grace”), and much more. Drake later hit the stage twice for a medley performance of “Started From the Bottom” and “Trophies,” plus “Hold On We’re Going Home” and “From Time” with guest Jhene Aiko.
