Thisis50 posted video of 50 and Eminem (along with Em’s manager Paul Rosenberg and others) sharing downtime at the rehearsals for last night’s American Music Awards. Fif narrates, Em doesn’t address the camera, but its still nice to see the lowkey footage. Now it woulda been really interesting if they had also shot 50’s immediate reaction to Hov’s acceptance speech later on that night…But I’m sure we’ll hear a measured response soon.

I kinda got what y’all said he looks withdrawn. I kinda started to think that em, and 50 dont look like they tight homies. maybe they project that image for the sake of makin money.(50 was a hoodlum, em was a nerd that got bullied) but i dont get the feeling like they really ‘kick it.’

these award shows are NO Longer about the Music at all
its about the “Prestige”, the “Celebrity”, the “Hollywood” lifestyle, the “Red Carpet” look, “Product” & “Project” placement. Its all about the brands now.
MTV was about breaking the mold n not conforming

I find it so funny that after the AMA’s Jimmy Ivoine, Jay Z and Drake show up at the Laker game together during the 3rd making a show… While the 2 biggest rappers on Interscope were at the same event…

50 always said if he dropped a brick he would immediately come out again. The thing is I dont think BISD is a brick. I mean War Angels awesome. and if I were Jay I wouldn’t be so haughty BP3 was a real disappointment. The best Hip Hop Albums I’ve heard were Mos Def’s Ecstatic and Raekwon’s Only built for Cuban Links II. honorable mention for the kid Wale. I think thats the way music is. your not gonna get huge numbers anymore. I’d really thank Alicia Keys she saved Jay’s project which was ho hum at best

BP3 get play all day everyday since it has dropped. that aint nothin to do with your opinion( i understand that) butin terms of business, it wasnt a failure. and not just empire state of mind is the only song gettin play…
I am a major wu fan, and cuban2 wasnt that flyyyyyy. it was a sad thing to me. rae put out a good album but it wasnt greattt.
jay is a current day icon, i guess thats why his songs get played way too much(his first album, i hated jay-z)radio loves that dude. BP3 killed BISD. end of story.

I was talking quality and I beg to differ Outside of the Rhianna cut and Alicia Keys that album is YAWWWWN boring. Instead of calling it bp3 you might want to call it Kingdom Come II. No hate here just reality Raekwon had the album of the year (2 me) and A lot of people share that opinion

BP3 went over a lot of heads. The beats are hot and the lyrics are dope too. Almost like Jay knew 5o, Beans and others would continue dragging his name in the dirt, so he answered them throughout the album. The dude is clever man, a true lyricist. 50cent is the type of entrepeneur that did well with a project(GRODT) and now needs to use the resources he gained to venture into other business opportunities. His music isn’t built to keep him around for 10-15 years. It’s only so long that you can be worth over 100 million and still portray yourself as an indivual running the streets. His music isn’t progressing and thats why his fans are diminishing.
