The 74th annual Golden Globe Awards took place on Sunday night (Jan. 8) at the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills, California. Hosted by Jimmy Fallon, the 3-hour show was broadcasted live on NBC, and actor/producer/rapper Donald Glover was one of the biggest winners of the night. Glover’s Atlanta, the highly-praised series he produced and starred in on FX, won a Golden Globe for “Best Television Series – Comedy or Musical.”

During his acceptance speech, Glover thanked the city of Atlanta which served as inspiration of the hit television series. Donald would go on to thank Migos, whose “Bad & Boujee” song is on the brink of topping the Billboard Hot 100 chart. “I really want to thank the Migos, not for being in the show but for making ‘Bad and Boujee’. Like that’s the best song ever,” said the actor.

Glover, who released his critically-acclaimed Awaken, My Love! LP in December, also took home the Golden Globe for “Best Actor in a TV Series – Comedy or Musical.” Check out both acceptance speeches below.
