The solemn and thoughtful song displays the emotional impact of Doe’s music as he desperately raps, “I don’t know know why these n***as hating on me/I don’t know why I’m still stuck in these streets/I don’t know why I can’t get no sleep/I don’t know why the pain runs so deep.” T.I. delivers his own reflective guest verse, as well as a heartfelt message to his slain protégé to close out this powerful collaboration.
