Introduced in 1979 to lace the top ten players in the NBA, the classic adidas Top Ten shoe is making a return to the streets this week. adidas have tapped both Detroit’s Danny Brown and Brooklyn’s DJ Clark Kent for the ad campaign. Kicking off the accompanying video series, Clark Kent talks about what made the Top Ten more than just an athletic shoe, while Danny recalls how popular they were in the D. Danny also shared a few promotional posters on his Instagram page.
