When smart people analyze racism and racial stereotypes it can be brilliant, i.e. Ego Trip’s Big Book of Racism, Ego Trip Presents Race-o-Rama, The Chappelle Show, Boondocks, AngryAsianMan, hiphopmusic.com, etc.

When not so smart people talk about race…it can be frighteningly dull and unfunny. (trust me, I’ve seen it, in person)

But anyways, there’s a new book out call The Practical Guide to Racism that has some dull moments, but many sharp hilarious ones. Its written by Professor C.H. Dalton, (the altar-ego of writer Sam Means, of The Daily Show). And in a stroke of marketing genius (or maybe its just that with the strike going on, Means had alot time on his hands), Prof. Dalton made a series of “instructional” videos on racism.

The scary thing is…. there are alot of folks who won’t get the jokes here, or will actually agree with Prof. Dalton.
