Obviously, if you’ve frequented our humble web hangout here at missinfo.tv, you’ve caught on to the fact that I’m fully obsessed with the show LOST. And along with trying to figure out a way to do live ustream viewings or something when the episodes air…I’m definitely planning to share theories etc with my fellow Losties : ) (what would be the best way to watch the eps together? Is there a way to show the TV screen and show my own mug at the same time?)
Anyways, alot of hardcore fans have been analyzing this Season 6 promo poster that appeared in TVGuide. The LOST cast is set up to recreate DaVinci’s painting of The Last Supper. Are there hidden clues? Is that peanut butter jar in front of Kate a symbol for Claire’s Baby Aaron, which Kate “stole”? Is John Locke in the Jesus position to show that he is a prophet or martyr? PS: The White House confirmed that Pres.Obama’s State of the Union address will not preempt the LOST premiere. LOL. What a world we live in these days.

Could spend a week thinking up theories on this picture but I believe Sayid is in the spot of Judas. If I had the opportunity to watch the whole season in one sitting, by committing some terrible act of violence, some terrible sh*t might happen to somebody.

I got into Lost last summer and literally saw 4 seasons of Lost in a matter of 3 weeks while working the midnight shift and catch season 5 online. I’m so hype to see what twist will come out of this season. You already know its going to be a great season..

I think if Obama pre-empted the premiere then his approval ratings would’ve sunk to the bottom. At least in my house.

I am a Lostie and proud of it. Have a sneaky suspicion that the president maybe a Lostie as well. Seems like the kinda show that he would be into. I just need all my Lost questions answered, that’s it. And I love during flashbacks/flashforwards that we see some of the characters crossover into other characters’ storylines in the background via TV stories, magazines/newspaper articles, etc. And watching Hurley’s lotto numbers popping up everywhere off the island, if you look close enough of course.

This actually makes me really really sad haha. Shouldn’t there be “millions of people that hope to finally get some conclusion” to the war(s) and economic distress? sorry to be that guy.. but its just too ironic

anyway I’m almost sure I’m right about this. I think that jacob and his “rival” are ancient spirits. I think Jacob’s rival(the unknown guy jacob was talking to on the beach) was disgusted in how destructive humanity has become. He wanted to destroy humanity but jacob saw hope and the good in humanity. So to show his “rival” the good humanity still has he brings troubled humans to the island. Then he shows him how people can change and there is still hope. His rival didn’t listen so jacob locked himself on the island along with his “rival” until he made him see he’s wrong. lock and that other guy who can’t age(can’t think of his name right now)are how jacob communicates with the real world. They bring people to the island for jacob.
I got this from the conversation they had on the beach and the statues. also this is a story that is in damn near every religion lol. By the way, Jacobs rival is the smoke monster. he took over locks body too. That’s how he got away from jacob.
jacobs rival:
“I will find a way out”
“still trying to prove me wrong jacob”
“You brought them here, how?”
“here they come, they are just gonna destroy stuff again”(so this has been done before? hmmm…)

Alright Info, I just finished all 7 seasons of 24 and now I’m working on Lost now. I know I’m a little behind, but I’ve given up on Heroes so I have to start something new

I can’t wait for this season to start and for all the answers like who is the man in black aka flocke ?what happens after the bomb and how is it Ricard don’t really age and is he a slave from the black rock ? Dang missinfo I did not know you too are a lost fanatic. For me since day one I loved this show even though Its not as good as use to be. I’m thinking they are def going out with a bang with the last season and all. I like your idea about the split screen.

Sayid is definitely in Judas position, but unlike the DaVincini’s “Last Supper” Fresco, you can’t see Sayid’s hands. Judas is clutching a bag supposedly containing the 30 pieces of silver.
I’ll examine the Last Supper photo after season six is over. I tried reading other interpretations but none of them are sticking for me.
Time to resubscribe to the OFFICIAL LOST podcast w/ Carlton Cuse And Damon Lindelof.
