Chi Ali was NOT Jeff. Its a completely different kid who ended up becoming a rapper named Philly Black who was featured on the AOI: Bionix album and also a part of a De La offshoot group called Wall Street. I have some of their stuff somewhere in my tape vaults. I’ll try and upload some of it soon….
