Condolences to one of my favorite artists who’s definitely in pain right now

Just heard some sad news about an artist who just suffered a great loss. Out of respect, I’ll just leave it at that for now. But definitely prayers go out to him and his family.
Update: now that the information is public…my condolences were meant for Kanye West and the whole G.O.O.D music family. My sources say that Kanye’s mother, Dr. Donda West, passed away in Los Angeles early today. It’s obvious to the world how close mother and son were, and what a great force she was in his life.

Ms.infomatiion if your not gonna put his name what’s the point of this post. I see its a slow week. But whoever it is condolences goes out I’m sure we’ve all experience a lost before. Of the topic jay album comes out this week and my ipod decides to acted up the battery is only lasting 1hr. Does anybody know when the touch screen ipod is dropping cause if its soon I’m not gonna buy a new nano.

Just heard about it and I’ve been trying to find anything online to confirm it…of course this would be the place find some sort of confirmation. I definitely respect you for not disclosing all the info on this. It’ll get out soon enough. RIP

Though we as fans of Kanye West never knew you personally Dr. West I must say you showed that you are a true mother. I read your book and you will be surely missed. I pray that you made it to heaven and to Kanye if you get a chance to read this the world got to witness how close you and your mother were. Even though this is a time of sadness for you and your family the good thing is she was able to see you become the successful person you are. In the greater scheme of life its kinda hard to except the thing that we all know is going to happen to every single one of us but I am a firm believer that if you live every day with the joy that you are living then when you pass your family can say you lived life to the fullest. From a fans standpoint I am sure Kanye will get in the studio and make a great record in memory of is mother. from the bottom of my heart…

what a tragic loss. i cannot imagine how kanye must be feeling right now.
i really got emotional at this news because donda west was the one person kanye expressed his love for so openly. she was his inspiration and she will be truly missed.
all i can say is RIP DONDA WEST. a wonderful woman who helped the world become a better place, and raised a kind talented son in Kanye.
