According to ABC News, Brown will return to court on February 10 for a new update, and will still require to serve 1000 hours of community labor related to the 2009 case.

TMZ reports the judge has been impressed by Chris’ progress with anger management rehab. In an obtained progress report, it details Chris’ anger management program that includes participation in a weekly boot camp and successfully completing a 12-hour ropes course to “enhance team-building skills and trust.” Showing improvement with new psychotropic drugs that seem to be working, Brown’s been taken off medical marijuana. The medical team says his ability to “emotionally regulate himself” has markedly improved.
