Team Breezy can celebrate as Chris Brown is on his way home. According to TMZ, the 25-year-old was released from jail early Monday morning, after serving a 108-day sentence. Back in May, Brown was ordered to serve one year in in jail after admitting to violating his probation stemming from a fight in Washington D.C. earlier this year.

At the time of that sentencing last month, an L.A. judge credited Brown for the 116 days he spent in rehab and another 59 days behind bars leaving him with 131 days left to serve in jail. Chris was released just hours after HOT 97 Summer Jam 2014, where artists such as Lil’ Wayne, Trey Songz, and Sevyn Streeter took time to send their wishes to the troubled star.

Brown still has his D.C. assault trial coming in the next few months.
