true indeed. Everyone that commented before the update sounded like they wanted to crucify Chris Brown. Talk about being reprogrammed by a 30 sec edited clip….wow!

And they say, “the media is just entertainment, it doesn’t have an influence on peoples actions/reactions”

This is a perfect example of how fans and the media can build you up just so they can knock you down.

My prediction, this won’t be the last time Rhianna is caught up in another “DomV” situation. Everyone is so focused on Chris Brown needing help, when everyone should really be focusing on why did it happen in the first place and what role did Rhianna truly play. No one in their right mind can say Rhianna comes off as being a passive woman.

cnn does this all the time. it’s nothing new. they’ve already fallen so much i doubt they care. i’m sure they got a lot of clicks and eyeballs today and that’s what they care about.

the kid needs to shut up and start prving himself and owning his actions like how he’s preaching.

lol. good comment but you’re assuming that “out of respect for her he’s not going into the details”…what if it was out of respect for being human and understanding what happened…or more like my lawyer told me i can say this this this and not that because we are trying ever so hard to save face in the public and keep my career from deflating. they shouldn’t try so hard. chris brown fans have already signed up for life. they are amazing people.

look at his new statement now. he was aksed the same question mutliple times and his lawyer must have prepared him before the interview because he stuck to the script…but he slipped up and told the truth of what he felt, and yet people are still slinging it at this kid. the fact of the matter is his new statement isn’t that much different from what he’s already said. i want this kid to shut up and prove himself and own his actions and punishment like how he’s saying and be a role model. it’s easy to make absolute promises like i’m never going to be like this this that, and then you do it and break the promise. this kid sounds guilty and the way he’s acting just screams for some counselling. i don’t understand him though because trying to learn how to understand yourself and your emotions is something necessary. he’s saying no one teaches you x x & x, which is true but this is no time for excuses. so he’s aplogized many many many times. i don’t really care about that. i’m all about actions so i want him to prove himself. goodluck to him.

and that interview wasn’t edited down enough to misconstrue what he actually said. i’m sure people took what cnn posted on their website and ran with it without getting any context at all…but i’m not going to blame the media for my thoughts.

@Miss Info…thanks for placing this statement on your site and updating the ppl..CNN was wrong for placing this small clip that caused such a uproar today….they only care about the ratings…but I hope this shows Chris to shut up about it and move on and focus on your future…these interviews will not change anything and like someone said earlier if he’s not going to be a least semi-detailed what happenend don’t waste your time focus on the music and God be them both…I do believe that Chris will come back from this but he needs to lay low for about a year or so and than easy back out there….I also believe ppl in the industry knows the deal and still don’t mine working with Chris which is a good thing…
