It was all about the youth of Chicago, as Chance the Rapper held the first annual Teens In The Park (T.I.P.) Festival at FirstMerit Bank Pavilion on Wednesday. Free of charge, the event co-hosted by the City of Chicago was a celebration of arts, music and dance, lead by a free concert by Chance the Rapper. During the show, the hometown hero brought out surprise guest Kendrick Lamar to join him on stage, delivering a short medley set.
