Posted by Mr.North under Quotes , Sigh[25] Comments

Shortly after 10 p.m. EST on Saturday night, a verdict was announced in the murder trial of 17-year-old Trayvon Martin. George Zimmerman was found not guilty and aquitted of second-degree murder and/or manslaughter charges in a Sanford, Florida court room. Soon after the verdict was given by a jury consisting of six women who deliberated for 16½ hours, many celebrities took to social media with disbelief and shocked reactions over the final judgement. The parents of Trayvon Martin, Tracy Martin and Sybrina Fulton, didn’t attend the final hearing but tweeted soon after once the verdict was read.
“Even though I am broken hearted my faith is unshattered I WILL ALWAYS LOVE MY BABY TRAY,” stated Tracy Martin. In the music and sports world, people such as Katy Perry, Rihanna, Nicki Minaj, Miley Cyrus, Dwyane Wade, Diddy, Lil’ Wayne, Chris Brown, Adrian Peterson, Busta Rhymes, The Game, Wale, Missy Elliott, and Chris Paul made their thoughts known on Twitter. Young Jeezy voiced his thoughts early Sunday morning in the song “It’s a Cold World,” a tribute to the late teenager.
Check out reactions from Twitter all after the jump…..
And our taxes paid for that trial. We just paid to see a murderer walk free after killing an innocent unarmed little boy. #GodBlessAmerica

Unless you watched the entire trial or were trayvon or Zimmerman or a juror keep your ignorant comments to yourself. I commend the jurors and their difficult decision.

This country was founded on coruption an will always be this way. We as black people are and will always be slaves in the mind of some of these racist. I pray for all the black men and black youth and the martin fam. Keep god first and try to get your soul to heaven cause we live in hell.

It’s not a white/black thing Zimmerman was latin
we feel he should have been 2nd degree murder
this case was a bad joke. .( white people )
July 14th, 2013 at 11:32 am
Guess all that
“Be a cool gangsta like me” thing didn’t quite pan out…
July 14th, 2013 at 12:01 pm
The truth didn’t matter when Rodney King got his ass kicked and it was recorded, & it doesn’t matter nowadays either. Florida is nuts. Ain’t these the same idiots that didn’t convict Casey Anthony?
July 14th, 2013 at 1:02 pm
If the head is split you must acquit.
July 14th, 2013 at 1:36 pm
THERE IS NO JUSTICE IN AMERICA
July 14th, 2013 at 1:54 pm
Lets be foreal none of these celebs didn’t support this case for travon because they didn’t want to lose they white fan base and white consumers…they seen how the white community 100% supported this murderer from the start… The jury wasn’t qualified for a case like this…6 women..and I bet they were all old…this whole situation was white vs black… Point blank … Zimmerman was raised under this justice system his father a judge…he’s basically one of them they not gonna let him go down out of respect for his father Nd whateva history they had especially against a horrible presentation the prosecutors had…it was more like a boxing match with a unanimous decision…even if the jury new gz was guilty he had a flawless representation compared to trayvon…I’ve never seen a community support anyone the was they did gz they new he was wrong but they supported him till the end…it just made us as blacks seem ignorant…like Denzel Washington said its not what you know it’s what you can prove…prosecutors had enough evidence to prove murder they just had a half ass effortless representation…and all the jury Nd judges had to be angry they were forced to go through with this case adding stress to their lives for such a horrible representation… They new what they verdict was before they even started the case…everyone in this case is all connected like family from the prosecutors to the defense to gz dad the former connected judge the jury… This whole case was one sided white America versus the stereotypes of black america…and trayvons fam didn’t have the money to win this case and the community or these celebs didn’t donate Nything to the cause or donated there voice during the trial…but now niggas want to open there mouths when it’s all said and done…it was fixed from the start…niggas is crazy…all I know is I know the system now and that’s where America fucked up whoever was keeping up with this case and the only thing u got out of it was America being racist needs a reality check
July 14th, 2013 at 1:58 pm
All the hundreds of thousands of dollars donated to zimmermans defense… One of these celebs opening there mouths now could have single handedly donated the same ammount annonomously to trayvons offense team with no hit to there wealth…now everybody and they image got an opinion
July 14th, 2013 at 3:03 pm
Offense team? The prosecution was the state of Florida vs George Zimmerman. This wasn’t a civil suit where it was one person vs the other. Celebs can’t donate money to the states prosecution. You sound like an idiot.
July 14th, 2013 at 3:21 pm
Can you imagine 2 Pac’ s reaction to this situation from the start…if he wasn’t killed that is…this is his territory… His voice is what we are missing today
July 14th, 2013 at 5:05 pm
Ok…. How does one go about donating to the offense (State Prosecutors Office)? And how would that possibly help, seeing as how the state basically has unlimited resources.
July 14th, 2013 at 6:18 pm
You talkin by coruption ,those people I there are all rorupt. Painted races.no single country in the all wold watched
This treat.Did he took some body life ? Walk free.Zimmerman how u gonne live u on life with blood. in u Brain?

July 14th, 2013 at 6:38 pm
Lol true. The ignorance out there is mind blowing
July 14th, 2013 at 9:10 pm
In my neighborhood, black folks would have killed trayvon too, yall want to start a riot lets go! Theres more pro zimmerman people than you thugs, don’t bring a bag of skittles to a gun fight
July 14th, 2013 at 10:59 pm
Where were Trayvon’s parents when he was discussing his drug use on Facebook? He told how he wanted to quit Marijuana, since it’s easier to be “roped” (arrested) using it. Instead, he was turning to “Lean.” On his person at his death were items for concocting it: Arizona Watermelon Juice (not tea, as some report) and skittles. He had used Lean for a year.
And how did Trayvon’s parents miss the many pictures their son posted of himself making vulgar finger gestures? Did his parents exploit public sympathy to deflect attention away from their son’s shortcomings and their own failures as parents?

The same place the Sandy Hooks shooters parents were when he did what he did. First of all what he put on facebook had nothing to do with this case. White people always want things their way and want to see what they want to see. He (Zimmerman) was found not guilty because there was a burglary in that development. Trayvon Martin, A CHILD, who was walking back from the store and followed by Zimmerman who considered him a suspect. Yes a suspect, who mind you was visiting his father, brother and stepmom. He (Zimmerman) racially profiled Martin as the one who was breaking in to homes in the development – hence is the reason why the defense put a woman on the stand who had nothing to do with the case to talk of her place being burglarized. This case was not about the shooting, it was about finding justice of for some white woman’s place being broken into and you know white justice – just as long as someone pays for it. The police did not try to find if he belonged to someone in the development, instead, they toe tagged him and placed him in a morgue. He was only found because his father put out a missing persons report. So, the police felt Zimmerman did there job for them. But you have to remember what comes around goes around, karma and everything that goes with it.
July 15th, 2013 at 10:53 pm
You real brave talking like that over the internet but your ass he quiet ass a fucking mouse when in public. Just lime zimmerman took advantage of trayvon when they were alone. Your a piece of shit pussy that’s afraid because African Americans are superior in every aspect of the word to your chump ass race! And I’m far from a racist but since you wanna take there bitch boy come correct. We ready when y’all are cause we built this bitch and will tear this fucking country apart anytime y’all ready to take there. Come out of hiding and be a real man, but y’all can’t do that causes y’all fucking fear us that’s the truth of the matter. But its ok cause your time is coming just like George Zimmerman PUSSY!
July 15th, 2013 at 10:55 pm
Why won’t a white person drive thru my neighborhood at night? Because he’s racist? No. It’s because my neighborhood is dangerous. The way we live and how we act in public is why people have a bad perception of us. And all this talk about rioting and looting and revenge is making the world think even worse of us.
My mom and my grandma read my Facebook page. And they took me to church growing up. And they beat the tar out of me–a girl!–for disrespecting folks. And smashing people’s windows who have nothing to do with this case is disrespecting folks.
I’d like to know Trayvon’s upbringing.

July 17th, 2013 at 7:02 am
if it were to be Africa zimmerman wil die out of black majic and there wil be no need for court issues.fuck zimmerman,u cant do this In africa(Ghana)
July 17th, 2013 at 7:31 pm
Lil Wayne: Beat that pussy up like Emmett Till (giggle)
Meek: One call, niggas aim that tech…Blood drawn, head shot nigga brains on step
In addition to those two Nelly, Chris Brown, Diddy, Busta Rhymes and Curre$y have ALL promoted and profited from rapping about beating, killing, and even raping young black men.
I could keep going, but smart ones get the point
