Shyne was ordered deported back in 2005 and him and his lawyers have been trying work things out behind the scenes for the last 4 years. Shyne will never be allowed back in the US once deported. If he plans and markets himself right he can have a very lucrative career overseas. Good luck to Shyne. He did what a lot of dudes in hos position wouldn't have.
