As soon as I saw this video on Rolling Stone, I had to send it to Info…she is unhealthily obsessed with those teens hunting teens!

Second City improv group, the Chicago-based breeder of many SNL stars, made this clip which addresses two of pop culture’s biggest fixations at the moment. Lyrics like, “I don’t want Peeta to be dead / a pita is a pouch of bread / but that’s his name,” had me in stitches…and let’s not forget, “This district smells like rat piss / my name is Katniss.” Amazing. I think the best part is comedienne Holly Laurent’s pitch-perfect ability to capture both Lana’s indifferent air and all her most recognizable facial expressions…namely, the pout.

You already know I’m a huge nerdy retainer-wearing buffpuff-exfoliating comp-notebook-doodling security-blanket-carrying superfan of The Hunger Games book series. Basically, it’s about a future world where the country’s evil dictatorship forces kids from poor areas into a yearly deathmatch to earn food. If you ever saw the very twisted Japanese movie Battle Royale, it’s somewhat similar…but with more sci-fi and, aww, triangle teen romance!

I’ve been closely tracking the progress of the first movie in the trilogy for months. But with some skepticism. (Why is the “girl on fire” dress so lame? Why does those horrible fighting uniforms look like outlet UnderArmour? Why does the set look like a bad WB pilot? Why the hell is Lenny Kravitz in this? And most of all, for the love of Team Jacob, don’t you guys see how much money Twilight made? Put a little effort into this thing!)

But with the movie release on March 23rd, there’s a new trailer I can sink my teeth into! (and pick apart like a dingo on a rotting carcass)

I’m determined to get into HBO’s new horseracing drama Luck if it’s the last thing my brain can hold….because with dual creators like Michael Mann (Heat) and David Milch (Deadwood), I know there must be jewels being dropped….but after the confusing pilot episode, all I really keep thinking is….when is Game of Thrones coming back?

April 1, 2012 actually. And having read George R.R. Martin’s Clash of Kings, the sequel to Game of Thrones which is what this upcoming season is based on…I already know this is going to get intense.

But regardless of what lies ahead…how much do you want that little s–t King Joffrey Lannister to die? Even this child actor should get a Golden Globe for most annoying face. It’s amazing how this kid encompasses all of the “craven” bitchassness of the book’s character.

Sorry for the visceral reaction. It’s Monday and I’m pre-coffee. But guys, there will be lots of offal-eating Queen Daenerys for you being a bad-ass. And for me….more sad snowy Wall watching.

The man who’s voice we’ve heard on many classics the past 10 years is set to drop his debut album, King or The Fool, on February 14th (Valentine’s Day). Leading up to the release, the G.O.O.D. Music affiliate has been releasing behind-the-scenes vlogs chronicling his career up to this point. One of the greatest blooper reels of all time!)

Angry Boys‘ creator and star Chris Lilley is a huge hit in Australia…and his previous show Summer Heights High was pretty funny…this time around, Lilley plays another set of characters, namely an African-American rapper (Yes, in blackface. With n-words.), a Japanese mom, a surfer, a granny, and a set of Australian twins. Quite ambitious, lol.

Terrane: Well, everyone I know keeps calling me and hysterically laughing. I love it. Love the excitement and I’m actually going to try to take this somewhere!

MissInfo: Tell us about who you are…
Terrane: I was born and raised in Harlem, recently moved to Brooklyn. I’m a martial artist and I own a personal training company called Skye Fitness (skyefitness.com).

MissInfo: So…walk me through your epic rap debut, lol.
Terrane: I was on the #4 train going to Wall Street, I think.

MissInfo: But what about listening to “N—as in Paris” was making you so…so…excited on the subway?
Terrane: EVERYTHING!!!!!

MissInfo: Um, no offense, but were you drunk or high?
Terrane: No, actually I was totally sober. I am like this all the time. I’m just a hype person.

MissInfo: Do you normally rap out-loud like that? Were you at all worried that you might be disturbing the other passengers on the subway?
Terrane: No, I don’t normally rap out loud but that’s one of those songs that gets you hype! I really didn’t care what the other riders thought. That’s that song!!! And yes, I was definitely trying to entertain my fellow commuters.

MissInfo: You mentioned that you want to make the most of this spotlight….what do you hope will happen?
Terrane: I will definitely use this fame to promote my company Skye Fitness and my Skye brand. Also I’m going to kick my acting career off.

MissInfo: Well, you’ve already got that lack of inhibitions thing down. And a cosign from Kanye!
Terrane: I want to tell Kanye that he’s my idol and that it’s his fault that I went “CRAY” on the train. Thanks Kanye!!
