Rihanna called into the Bert Show in Atlanta and discussed her ex, Chris Brown, and shuts down the rumors that she’s dating CB-look-a-like (sort of), actor Tristan Wilds (aka the pup on “The Wire”)…(spotted on TMZ via Ill)

Rihanna on Atlanta radio (The Bert Show)

Interviewers: Do you still miss Chris?

Rihanna: Um, sometimes. Actually yes. There are alot of reminders, alot of hotel rooms, alot of places that we’ve been to together, music, different things that come up that are reminders of your ex….I’ve gotten over it, but there’s definitely constant reminders. Alot of it is listening to the radio, songs that come on, that were our favorite songs or his songs.

Interviewers: Is there any truth to the stories that you’re dating Tristan Wilds [The Wire]?

Rihanna: I don’t even have his number…I had a house party, this is funny, you know how a bunch of people come over that you don’t even know. And he came by, which was fun for me, I appreciated the company and he brought a bunch of friends….but I dont even have his number, so I dont know how I can be dating him.

Interviewers: Are you even open to dating right now?

Rihanna: Um, no. I’m a very flirty girl though…

I like The Game, he’s a talented lyricist, and very personable, friendly, animated, and at times, hilarious on Twitter. But at the same time, I take everything he says with a massive silo of salt, because 1) its liable to change before you’re done transcribing the quote, and 2) Game is skilled at retro-fitting reality to fit his theories. That said, the homie Joe LaPuma had an interesting chat with Game about his upcoming R.E.D. album, and, of course, 50 50 50.

Read Joe’s entire interview over at Complex, here are a few excerpts.

Complex: So working with Dre again, it seemed to piss 50 off a little bit…
Game: That made 50 mad, man.

Complex: Do you think it was a jealousy thing?

Game: 50’s just bitter, man. For what reason? I don’t know. He doesn’t have to be. Me and his beef is old at this point. It’s pure comedy for me at this point…. Nobody is going to kill each other. Nobody is gonna beat each other’s ass. I’m not gonna do none of that. So we might as well get along. We exist in hip-hop. You know with opening arms he can re-join my band of brothers. Just say sorry and you want to make music. He’ll never be as big as he was and he’ll never be able to put out an album that people will be waiting for and anticipate as much without me, period. And I ain’t saying that he needs me, but me and him made the best records together. [Note: how many records was that? Don't most fans think GRODT was Fif's best work?] I understand it, he needs to understand it, and maybe one day we’ll record. He said recently in an interview that he’ll never work with Game again but that’s all him talking and his ego. I can’t wait to mend the ties with Eminem…That’s his artist and his homie and what not, and I understood it but I’d love to get back with Eminem and work again and sort of restructure the Voltron if you will. [Wait, did all three ever work together?]

Mikey: With BISD in stores now, Fif is taking his wit and charisma all over late night television. Tuesday night it was Conan and last night, Fifty did Jimmy Kimmel performing “Do You Think About Me”, which is one of the few tracks off BISD where Curtis talks openly about his past  relationships with the opposite sex, “It’s like Paul McCartney stuck in my head, fell in love with a b-tch walked away with one leg.” (props to Yardie)

Broadway/Thisis50 just posted footage of Beanie Sigel in the studio and transcribed these lines that Sigel spit…again towards Jay-Z.

“You in the hall already/on the wall already./ Youse a work of art/man, this boy all petty./Type to not feed no workers/cuz he grubbed already./Noodles, I had the sauce we coulda made spaghetti./ But i’m a shine on my own/ i’m a star already./Lost the best of both worlds/he coulda called R Kelly.”

Related: Dame Dash tells Mixtape Monster that he’s “surprised” by the position that Beanie took.

Mikey: Dame Dash recently sat down with MixtapeMonster and gave more details about what  he felt went wrong with the Rocafella empire. He explains how he “spoiled” his artists, and his disappointment with the brand today, also breaking down his relationships and views on everyone from Kanye, Beans, Jay, Jimmy, and Cam. Obviously, there was alot of editing here, but Dame seems surprisingly honest about his true feelings and past dealings with his former/current peers. (props to MixtapeMonster via RR)

“I’m very dissapointed in where Rocafella went… the brand is compromised I never that that could ever happen where the brand is just not relevelant… Lyor is a funny dude… he’s a mastermind, brilliant and not scared… but I think his influence broke up Rocafella.”

Mikey: Not sure why they chose “I Go Off” for the background music, but WSHH badgers Cam as he cruises the supermarket with a couple birds. No Dipset reunion, but Cam, shopping cart, ham, and someone’s baby mothers.

still loving this song.

On the eve of his album release, 50 Cent went to Las Vegas to screen his movie BISD at the Core DJs Retreat. He also flew in his signed author aka Rick Ross’ contentious ex-girlfriend aka Tia Kemp, along with her 3 children (including her youngest son, whose father is Rick Ross).

Along with going to the big Pacquiao vs Cotto fight (sheesh, Pacman was a beast)….50 and the Kemps went to visit 50’s pal Floyd Mayweather…who coincidentally has been beefing online with Tia’s youngest son’s father, Rick Ross. (Rick Ross/Triple C’s “Go”…and Mayweather/Freeway Rick Ross)

hmm. So…on one side of the debate: 50’s machiavellian (not makaveli-an)  photo-op is diabolical and shameless. And Tia’s complicity won’t get her profiled in Redbook anytime soon.

Then on the other side: Its been proven in court that Rick Ross has not fulfilled his legal responsibility to his son with Kemp. And that’s just a financial measure of fatherhood, not even all the emotional and physical support a child needs. So, with that in mind….is this trip to a new and exciting city with your mom and older brothers, visiting a famous athlete’s beautiful home and hanging out with him, meeting big stars…how can you say that this little boy (who has suffered health problems) shouldn’t have that experience? Can his joy be separated from the irony or the motivation?

UPDATE: According to reader Grand, 50 Cent told the Russ Parr radio show that Floyd Mayweather is the one who flew him and Tia and the kids out to Las Vegas. Ah haa….so perhaps it was all Floyd’s idea? Also, he would have all the tickets to the boxing match. But I’d imagine both him and 50 cooked up the part about bringing Tia.

UPDATE 2: After the jump, I added the video footage of the Floyd Mayweather house party, including when Diddy and director F.Gary Gray join the gathering. Again, those kids look like they’re having a ball. One of my friends said he disapproved because later in life, Lil’ Ross would resent his mom for doing all this. I don’t know…

Mikey: Chris brown debuted his latest music video for “Crawl” this past Friday on the Wendy Williams show, and took a seat on the couch for a quick pow wow with the talk show host. Wendy took it easy on the kid, and the vibes was light allowing Chris to express his remoarse but also show his desire to move with his life. After the jump catch the interview plus CB’s interview with Rocsi on 106 & Park where he addresseed Rihanna’s statements to Diane Sawyer and more.

beanie 50

So here’s the full song that had us all wondering if 50 would go all the way “there.” Beanie kept it Philly, debuting the record earlier tonite on Cosmic Kev’s show.

New Music: Beanie Sigel feat. 50 Cent “I Go Off” (Dirty CDQ) and here is the (Clean CDQ) too

As I said on the snippet post, this is a hard grimy track between two well-matched artists…but there is no real 50 Cent verse. He’s on chorus/bridge-duty. Then at the end….things gets ugly.
Yeah, you changed, man. You let the money change you, Jay. You used to be from Marcy n—a, now you’se a pass the Grey Poupon ass n—a. You don’t want the shooters? I’ll take them. N—a, you feed the wolves or the wolves feed off you. Eat yo’ ass alive. I’m here by [Comrade's Creed/Conrad's Creed??]. Strategy. Your move, mister.”

Ahh, the infamous 50 Cent outro rant. I guess the answer to that question is, yes, he went there. But to what end?

UPDATE: Thisis50 posted new artwork to go with the song.

RELATED: In a new radio interview, 50 says that his one-time boo, Vivica Fox is gonna be in his next video…what? Oh, Viv. But that reminds me, once 50 told me that years after their break-up, he bumped into Vivica at a hotel gym. So they exchanged some small talk, and Vivica even cried. Fif wasn’t gloating about that, I think it made him feel bad. But I also think they left as friends…
