Vic Mensa is joining his mentor on the road. The Chicago rapper has been added as supporting act on JAY-Z’s upcoming “4:44″ North American tour. Fresh off releasing his Roc Nation debut The Autobiography, Mensa will open the 32-trek, that kicks off October 27 in Anaheim. The three-month road show makes stops in Las Vegas, Dallas, Houston, Miami, Atlanta, Montreal, Toronto, Brooklyn, Washington D.C., Vancouver and Oakland, wrapping up December 21 in Los Angeles.

According to Deadline, the aforementioned hip-hop and R&B artists have been cast in an upcoming Netflix comedy called The After Party.

Juicy J recently announced his upcoming Highly Intoxicated mixtape will finally drop on Monday (Sept. 18). After revealing some of the guest features in an Instagram post, Uncle Juice unveils the full 18-song track list. Rick Ross, Wiz Khalifa, A$AP Rocky, Cardi B, XXXTentacion, Rae Sremmurd’s Slim Jxmmi, Project Pat and Smokepurpp all make guest appearances. Mike WiLL Made-It, Key Wane, TM-88, Crazy Mike, Southside and $uicide Boy$ all contribute on the production side.

Keyshia Cole’s new album is coming this fall. The R&B songstress took to Twitter on Friday (Sept. 15), responding to a fan’s question about the release date of her forthcoming LP, 11:11 Reset. “10/20 album will be released,” responded Cole, announcing the project will arrive on October 20. Her first album since signing with Epic Records, 11:11 Reset serves as a follow-up to 2014’s Point of No Return. It includes the singles “You” featuring Remy Ma and French Montana, along with her latest song “Incapable.” Young Thug, DJ Khaled and fellow Oakland-native Kamaiyah are set to appear on the album.

Few words make me more happier than “new Blu and Exile.” Having recently kicked off a 42-city tour celebrating the 10th anniversary of their underground classic Below The Heavens, the West Coast duo are set to release a prequel project called In The Beginning: Before The Heavens, made up of unreleased material from those original — and magical — sessions. If there’s any doubt over whether these leftovers don’t belong on the cutting room floor, just take a listen to the heavenly “Constellations” below. Sounds so soulful, don’t you agree?

Jamla Records artist Rapsody is preparing to release her full-length Roc Nation debut, Laila’s Wisdom, on September 22. One of rap’s top lyricists, the North Carolina MC revealed the 14-song track list on Tuesday (Sept. 13). A handful of familiar names also serve as a supporting cast, lead by Kendrick Lamar. The TDE MC appears on the song “Power” with labelmate Lance Skiiiwalker. Lamar and Rapsody previously worked on “Complexion (A Zulu Love),” a song of Kendrick’s To Pimp a Butterfly LP.

Anderson. Paak, Busta Rhymes, Black Thought, BJ the Chicago Kid, Musiq Soulchild and Terrace Martin also contribute to the album, as 9th Wonder and Young Guru assisted in executive producing and overseeing the project. Laila’s Wisdom is available for pre-order now on iTunes.

Fresh off the release of his new — and long-awaited — album, Action Bronson has announced the Blue Chips 7000 tour. So far, only 15 dates have been confirmed, including stops in Houston, Los Angeles, Seattle, Detroit and Toronto between October and December. But don’t worry, because more shows will be announced soon according to the man himself. “BLUE CHIPS 7000 TOUR TIME!!! MORE TO BE ANNOUNCED!!!!!!! VERY RARE SITUATIONS. TRUST YOU DON’T WANT TO MISS THIS,” he says. Just don’t bumrush his stage this time.

Blue Chips 7000 is out now — and so is Bronson’s brand new cook book Fuck, That’s Delicious: An Annotated Guide to Eating Well.

Andre 3000 aka André Benjamin and actress Juliette Binoche are the latest stars to join the cast of Claire Denis’ upcoming sci-fi movie, High Life. Robert Pattinson and Mia Goth were originally announced as the movie’s main stars, which is about “convicts who reduce their time behind bars in exchange for embarking on a dangerous mission to a black hole.”

Two of New York’s hardest rap crews are hitting the road together this fall. Yonkers veterans The LOX — Jadakiss, Styles P and Sheek Louch — and Buffalo bruisers Griselda Gang — Conway, Westside Gunn and Benny — have announced the Key to Life tour, which will take them across the East Coast and Midwest next month. The stacked tour, which also features Smoke DZA and Statik Selektah, kicks off in Charlotte, NC on October 8 and wraps up in Buffalo, NY on October 28. Additional “special guests” are promised.
