Chance the Rapper and Future have a high-powered collaboration on the way. On Monday evening (Feb. 20), Chance took to Instagram, posting two videos in studio where he previews a new song. Based off the hashtag on both videos, it appears the song being played will be titled “My Peak.” On the song, Chance gives his own twist to Future’s signature over the sounds of hard-hitting drums and piano keys. Future adds a melodic touch, crooning “I ain’t barely reached my peak” before Chano’s verse kicks in.

There’s no word where the record will end up as Future just released his self-titled album last week. The now 3-time Grammy Award-winner Chance is currently working on his official debut album.

The event almost went without a hitch, that is until an unknown man who lined up for the album signing allegedly attempted to smack the G.O.O.D. Music rapper. In a video clip posted online, the perpetrator is seen yelling obscenities while being tackled on the ground by NYPD officers.

Sean is seen standing and smiling at the unknown man who yells “tell JAY Z I said what’s up” while being ushered out the store, referring to the Detroit MC’s signing to Roc Nation management and recent chaining.

Big Sean hasn’t made any comment on social media regarding the small incident to this point.
