After a little extended wait, Kanye West and Jay-Z bring their live show to the video screen in “Ni**as In Paris.” The Hit-Boy-produced (and now certified double-platinum) smash single off Watch The Throne gets the video treatment featuring footage of their tour stop at L.A.’s Staples Center back in December. While it isn’t exactly Paris, go cray with The Throne in the City of Angels.

Tuesday night, Iggy Azalea performed in front of a sold-out crowd at Hollywood’s Dim Mak Studios in support of her Ignorant Art mixtape. Following live renditions of her the tape’s standouts including “Pu$$y” and “My World,” the Aussie-rapper had a treat for fans debuting a new song titled “Picture Me Rollin.” The song of course draws inspiration from Tupac Shakur, who Iggy has stated to be obssesed with and calls an idol. Until we hear the full product enjoy a preview above.

Iggy’s debut album The New Classic, is set to drop in June. T.I. will serve as executive producer on the project releasing via Interscope Records.

Jay-Z made history in New York City on Monday night, performing the first of two sold-out shows at Carnegie Hall. Backed by ?uestlove and the Illadelphonics, Jay kept the event true to his city as special guests Alicia Keys and Nas joined him on stage for “N.Y. State of Mind” and “If I Ruled The World (Imagine That).” Throughout the evening tribute segments to Frank Sinatra, Billy Joel, Gil-Scott Heron, and the NY Giants were played and displayed on the main stage’s backdrop. The night was also a first as Jay-Z performed his first-born dedication, “Glory” was done live.

The back-to-back shows are in support of Jay-Z’s Shawn Carter Scholarship Foundation and the United Way. Which benefits low-income New York City-area students in a position to attend college.

2 Chainz was finally able to formally announce some big news with MTV’s Sway Calloway on RapFix Live Wednesday afternoon. A few seconds before officially declaring his roster spot on Def Jam Recordings, 2 Chainz revealed he’s been recording with Kanye West for the past year and hopes to release one of their collabos sometime soon.

“One thing that people may not know is that I’ve been working with Kanye West for the past year. We have records together, we have ideas that we’re planning on releasing to the world real soon. I’m tryna get my ‘N in Paris’ swag up. So at the end of the day, my new home and who I’ve been comfortable with is Def Jam Records.

Before Rap Fix, 2 Chainz basically confirmed that he has signed to Def Jam Recordings. In an XXL interview , the Atlanta rapper said that it was time for him to take a different route with Ludacris’ Disturbing Tha Peace, however, still remain label mates and will continue to work with each other.

“It’s the Real University, Two Gun Gang, Street Executives. It’s not DTP no more,” he says. “I’m actually behind [Ludacris], he’s still my homie. I just took another route as far as running my own company and bossing up. But on the other hand, I’m still working with him.”

The “Duffle Bag Boy” rapper also said that he’s planning on releasing two albums this year. He’s expected to make a formal announcement on MTV’s RapFix Live this afternoon.

Last night, A$AP Mob went all out for their homecoming show at Irving Plaza in NYC. Rocky and his crew have been on tour for the last few weeks and recently wrapped up a crazy show in Toronto. Even Drizzy Drake came through to support that one. They, of course, had some big guests for last night’s NYC show as well. To the crowd’s surprise Bun B, Waka Flocka and Schoolboy Q all came out at different times during the show. From what we saw from Twitter, Flocka drew the biggest reaction of the night. D’Angelo’s still got it, as for the first time in 11 years the R&B Soul singer performed in concert earlier today. Shedding a lot of weight and looking in shape, D’Angelo kicked off his european tour at the Filadelfiakyrkan in Stockholm, Sweden. Today marking the 12-year anniversary of his Vodoo album, fans were treated to live renditions of past classics and were the first to hear upcoming new releases. Above, along with The Testimony, he debuts a new song titled “Sugar Daddy.”

The second phase of Shady 2.0 will commence this spring as Slaughterhouse’s upcoming album now has a release date of May 15th. The group’s second album, and first under Shady/Interscope, will be called welcome to: OUR HOUSE with Eminem handling executive producer duties. That isn’t all, as Joe Budden, Royce Da 5′9″, Crooked I, and Joell Ortiz, will be hitting the road for a 43-date U.S. tour starting March 8th.

Fans will also get a preview of the group’s new music as a live interactive chat will be conducted this evening (January 26) at 9:00PM EST, via their newly launched website.

Executive produced by Eminem, welcome to: OUR HOUSE, to be released May 15, 2012, will be the second album from the creative collaboration of Crooked I, Joe Budden, Joell Ortiz and Royce da 5′9″.   New music will be made available next week for fans to get their first taste of what promises to be one of the most anticipated and explosive albums of the year.
