Cardi takes the top spot. The Bronx star’s Invasion of Privacy album debuts No. 1 on the Billboard 200 album chart. Lead by the smash-hit “Bodak Yellow,” the album moved 255,000 equivalent album units opening week, according to Nielsen Music. Of that sum, a whopping 103,000 were in traditional album sales, making it the biggest sales week for an R&B or hip-hop album in 2018. Featuring guest appearances by Chance the Rapper, SZA, Kehlani, Migos, YG and more, Invasion of Privacy set a new Apple Music record for the most streamed album by a female artist in a single week. It racked up more than 100 million streams worldwide opening week, easily shattering the previous record generated by Taylor Swift’s Reputation.

Cardi B also becomes the fifth female rapper to top the Billboard 200 albums chart. She follows Nicki Minaj, Eve, Foxy Brown and Lauryn Hill. “Thank you sooo much everybody !!!Im super exited!!
