It’s been quiet on the solo front for Cam’ron in 2012. The Dipset leader kicks off the new year with premiere on New York radio at the stroke of midnight. A familiar sound from Killa Cam as he brings that Harlem flavor on “You Know This.” Expect a new album from King Joffe Joe later this year.
