Blu and Exile’s underground classic Below the Heavens turned 10 earlier this month, and to celebrate, the pair put together a special concert in L.A. last night. In front of a sold-out crowd at The Regent Theater, Blu and Exile performed their beloved album in its entirety, bringing soulful cuts like “The World Is,” “The Narrow Path” and “Dancing In the Rain” to life with help from a live band. The show doubled up as a reunion party for late ’00s indie rap as Miguel (who’s featured on several Below the Heavens songs), Fashawn, Aloe Blacc, Cashus King, Denmark Vessey and more also hit the stage.

According to LA Weekly, Blu and Exile are set to re-release Below the Heavens along with a number of unreleased songs that didn’t make the album in the coming weeks.
